The lesson plan shared via Google Classroom required several steps.  The design of each step intentionally reinforces the need for keeping the learner at the center of the classroom.  First, create curiosity about the topic by teasing the learner in an entertaining way.  Next, share the instruction while remaining mindful of the principles of Multimedia Learning followed by offering opportunities to inform learning through the use of questions.  Provide feedback to the learner based on the results of the formative assessment then respond to their needs.  Finally, administer a summative assessment to confirm mastery of the standards.
